Director's Office Records of Exhibitions, 1980-1999.

The Director's Office records of exhibitions include files of proposed exhibitions, scheduling, and budgets for each year between 1980-1989. There are also files for each exhibition held at the Clark during this time span. The individual exhibition files primarily contain correspondence from the Director to other staff at other museums requesting loans of items needed for the exhibit. Other items commonly found in these files include draft descriptions and summaries of exhibitions, press releases and lists of art works displayed in the exhibitions.
